Steve and Dustin from Stranger things - Artworks and Rant

Once again, I'm back with more Stranger Things artwork and more rant, and this time I'm focusing on the most iconic duo to ever come out of Hawkins: Steve Harrington and Dustin Henderson.Isn't it funny how a character can completely win you over? I'll be the first to admit it—like most people, I absolutely hated Steve in Season 1. He fit the classic "popular jock" mold and made some pretty questionable choices. But then, in later seasons, he didn't just grow on me; he became one of my absolute favorites. In fact, he's now one of the only characters in the series I genuinely relate to. Think about it: he's just a regular guy trying to figure his life out. He stumbles, he makes mistakes, he takes a job at a video store, and he ends up as an unlikely babysitter for a bunch of nerdy kids. He doesn't have superpowers or a genius-level IQ; he just has a baseball bat and a big heart. He feels more like a real, relatable human than almost anyone else on the show.

And then there's Dustin. I loved his character from the very first moment he appeared on screen with that adorable gap-toothed grin and his unshakable confidence. He just has this natural charm that makes you instantly root for him. The best part about his character development is that he never fundamentally changes who he is. He gets more mature, he becomes a leader, and he takes on huge responsibilities, but he never loses his core personality—his curiosity, his humor, or his loyalty. He's the heart of the Party, and we all know it.

To celebrate this fantastic brother-like bond, I've created two new digital artworks. The Steve Harrington artwork is built from thousands of tiny, repeating words of "Steve". The Dustin Henderson artwork is similarly crafted from countless "Dustin".
